Workout

Workout today at lunch consisted of:

-Jump rope to get the heart rate up
-Turkish get ups http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmzFAgYCAu0
-Kettlebell swings
-back and side extensions
-lunges with 2 lb weights

Afterwards I rolled out the muscles in my legs with a foam roller, IT band still massively painful.
